The Project of “Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage and IPMAN Ving Tsun” is organized by Dr. Lee Ka Man, who is a research scholar of journalism and communication. This aims to promote the invaluable local culture, and to encourage Hong Kong teenagers to study IPMAN Ving Tsun. Being a firm believer that storytelling via visuals could generate great impact, Dr. Lee wishes that the Hong Kong students could contact with IPMAN Ving Tsun by reading. For this reason, Dr. Lee would like to create a story about discovering the cultural heritage in Hong Kong.

The series of picture book—Wah in Action and Wah’s Secret, which are created by Dr. Lee, with her friend Vicky Pang and local artist Ken Tang. As an action movie about Ip Man, the main character Wah（阿樺）will be a beginner of IPMAN Ving Tsun with his best friend Chun（阿晉）. There is an interesting process of advocating IPMAN Ving Tsun, especially of their growth.
